Is it safe for me to use my credit card, when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. We use Authorize.Net, which is one of the leading Merchant Account providers, with a track history of the highest level of data security.

Once purchased, how long will it take to receive my order?
Typically we send out all sets by UPS Ground. For delivery to locations in the continental United States of America, this means you will receive your order 7-10 days from date of purchase. For delivery elsewhere, our customer service will advise you accordingly. Also note, if you would like us to ship the set quicker than UPS Ground, please contact customer support either by emailing customerservice@buybocceballs.com or by phoning 510-684-6679.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at customerservice@buybocceballs.com. Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return. Please note that in order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive an email from you within 5 days of receiving your order. Also, for all Bocce accessories and Bocce sets with free shipping, we do need to charge a 20% restocking fee on returns.

How do you handle damaged merchandise?
All of our products are warranted by their manufacturers to be free of defects in material and workmanship. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to repair or replace the defective items. To make a warrantee claim, please contact the customer service of BuyBocceBalls.com and we will guide you through the process of returning your set. Please note that this warrantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unreasonable use.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
You only pay sales tax if your shipping address is located in Nevada. In which case 7.50% is added on.

How are shipping fees calculated?
Bocce Ball sets are heavy items, ranging in weights of 10-25 lbs, depending on the size of the balls. Consequently, our shipping rates reflect these heavy weights. The shipping fees outlined below are based on UPS Ground to the continental United States of America.
